Terms of service

Prow (tryprow.com) is run by [Company legal name], [Registered address]. These terms are between you and us. By using Prow, you agree to them.

Today, Prow gives builders a public page to show their work, collect feedback and keep a build log. We're building two more things: read-only revenue verification, and listing a project for sale. Neither is live yet, and we'll update these terms before they launch.

We aren't a party to any sale between you and someone you meet here, and we never hold your money.

You sign in with a link or a code we email you. There's no password, so keep your email account safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you. One person per account. You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Post only what you built or have the right to show. No fake traction, no copied work, no spam. Project pages, screenshots and build logs are public.

You keep ownership of everything you post. You let us show it on Prow, and in previews and share images of your page, for as long as it's up. We can take down posts that break these terms.

Be honest and be decent. Critique the work, not the person. Feedback is public and shows your name. Abuse gets removed, and repeat offenders get removed too.

Coming soon. When it launches, you'll give us read-only access to your payment provider so we can show verified totals. You can revoke it any time. Your badge pauses until you reconnect. We will never ask for access that can move money.

Coming soon. You must own what you list. Listing fees are paid once per project and refunded only if we reject the listing. See pricing for the amounts.

When selling goes live: 3% of the agreed price, split 50/50 between buyer and seller, collected by a licensed escrow partner when the deal releases. Posting and verifying stay free.

If you meet here and close elsewhere within 12 months, the closing fee still applies.

You can delete your projects, or ask us to close your account, any time. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

We work hard to keep Prow up and accurate, but we provide it as it is. People's projects and claims are their own. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
